Great question! I'm always coaching clients on the importance of setting clear expectations for their customers, so I'm happy to do the same for you.
1.We'll start with a free, 20-minute consult meeting on Zoom which is a time for you to ask questions, and a time for me to gather the info I need to create your project estimate.
2. Following our meeting, you'll receive an estimate and contract that you'll sign and approve if you'd like to move forward.
3. Next is the project kick-off process where you'll send me all of your materials, and then we'll meet and dive deep into your brand so I can fully understand your vision. 
4. I'll then get to work on your copy, doing competitor or topical research along the way if needed. 
5. You'll receive your first draft of copy via Google Docs, which you will then review.
6. Depending on the project and agreed upon terms, we might meet again and complete additional copy drafts before reaching a final version you will LOVE.

All client's needs are so vastly different, that each project requires a tailored quote. 
There's a general cost range I consult, that is then increased or decreased based on the scope of each project. At the start of each project you will receive a fixed estimate we contractually agree upon, so there's no surprises upon project completion.

Absolutely! As long as you have a concrete project or business in mind, it's okay to not know what you need yet in terms of copy. During our initial consult we can talk about your different options and devise a plan that feels good.
