Project Description

Johnson Controls is an international, Fortune 500 company that produces HVAC, fire and security equipment for buildings. 

The Need: Johnson Controls needed additional copy support for both internal and external communications, 

The Solution: I came on as a contractor to produce diverse content across departments for various audiences including employees, customers and stakeholders. I had to quickly understand a complex industry with ample tech jargon, and distill it down into clear, concise messages.
